Job summary

Fame Bliss in Mumbai is seeking an Influencer Talent Manager to join full-time on-site operations. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding macro influencers who align with brand and campaign objectives, while owning the end-to-end onboarding process for a smooth creator experience.

You will build strong creator relationships, coordinate contracts and compliance, and maintain the creator pipeline and talent database.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer/creator onboarding or a related role.
• Proven experience in onboarding macro influencers and managing creator pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard macro influencers aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Own end-to-end creator onboarding process for a seamless experience.
• Build relationships with creators and act as primary contact during onboarding.
• Coordinate contracts, documentation, and compliance for timely creator activation.
• Maintain and manage creator pipeline, onboarding tracker, and talent database.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Campaign teams for successful creator integration.
• Resolve onboarding queries and continuously improve onboarding processes and creator experience.
