You will coordinate campaigns, negotiate terms, analyze performance, and help talent build long-term revenue streams while ensuring brand and platform compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience in onboarding and managing macro/mega influencers.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of influencers and acting as their primary point of contact
• MEGA CREATOR ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE
• Developing and executing growth strategies for talent, including content direction and platform expansion
• Identifying and securing brand collaborations aligned with each influencers personal brand
• Negotiating commercial terms, contracts, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinating end-to-end campaign execution with a focus on timelines and quality
• Analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and partnerships
• Building and maintaining relationships with brands, agencies, and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, platform policies, and contractual obligations
• Supporting talent in building long-term revenue streams beyond brand collaborations

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3–7 years
• Education: Any Graduate
• Candidates with experience in Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Marketing are highly preferred
• Prior experience in onboarding and managing macro/mega influencers is required
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, content strategy, brand partnerships, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
