Job summary

AgentC in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Influencer Talent Executive to manage and grow our network of social media influencers. Youll onboard new talent, manage exclusive creators, and drive end-to-end execution of brand campaigns.

Youll act as the main contact for influencers and brands, negotiate contracts, and guide content strategy while tracking campaign performance to deliver actionable insights. This fast-paced role requires strong relationships and sharp communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of influencer marketing or talent management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with social platforms and creator trends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of campaign analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
• Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
