Job summary

PhonePe Limited in Bengaluru, HQ, is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition professional focused on hiring sales employees across merchant payments verticals. This role offers exposure to startup-style growth with scalable processes.

You will design candidate attraction strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment, and leverage data analytics to improve KPI performance, while partnering with cross-functional teams to build top talent for PhonePe.

Qualifications

• MBA / Post Graduate degree in HR with 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Exposure to bulk hiring / sales hiring is mandatory.
• Exposure to start up environment is an added advantage.
• Experience sourcing from different channels – consultants, job portals, self-sourcing, referrals, etc.
• Understanding and hands on experience with Application tracking system(s).
• Spikes on execution rigour & influencing/building consensus

Responsibilities

• Planning: Execute talent acquisition strategy in line with respective functions’ goals & objectives
• Process Management: ensure the company recruitment process – job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews etc. is managed
• Drive referral/campus hiring where required including communication/branding strategy across channels.
• Proactively seek market intelligence/ latest industry trends to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
• Have a strong bias for using data to solve problems, data analytics and reporting
• Data analysis & reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics & analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key recruitment KPIs.

Job Description

Role: The role based in our HQ at Bengaluru is responsible for hiring (largely sales employees) in few verticals of merchant payments. The role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and experience both traditional retail/FMCG & startup ways of working.
