Job summary

Standard Group Of Companies is seeking an experienced HR professional to design and implement talent management strategies, develop JDs, KRAs, and KPIs, and oversee the staff appraisal process. The role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, strong analytics, and proven ability to lead change and influence organizational culture in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to performance management systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of performance management best practices and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead change and influence organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop JDs, KRAs, and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Oversee the entire employee appraisal process, ensuring timely and fair evaluations.
• Monitor and manage talent budgets, including training, development, and succession planning.
• Work closely with HR teams to ensure effective performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Provide guidance and support on employee engagement initiatives, talent retention, and workforce planning.
• Analyse talent metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, labour laws, and organizational policies related to talent management.
• Facilitate leadership development programs and talent reviews.
