Job summary

Doosan Bobcat India is seeking a Talent Management & Learning & Development professional with 6–10 years in manufacturing. You will own the full cycle of Performance Management, drive succession planning, and design/execute end-to-end L&D initiatives aligned to the calendar.

You will benchmark engagement activities, craft internal communications, and may engage in talent acquisition. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors/MYHR is preferred. This role is based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Post graduation specializing with HR major.
• 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing industries.
• Experience in L&D and PMS/Performance management.
• Exposure to talent acquisition and SAP SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management across the full cycle of Performance Management and succession planning.
• Design and execute Learning & Development initiatives following the calendar plan.
• Benchmark and implement employee engagement activities for the organization.
• Draft informative content for internal communications, updates, and newsletters.
• Exposure to talent acquisition will be preferred.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors / MYHR is advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION: TM-L&D

• Key responsibilities include Talent Management (functioning in the entire cycle of Performance Management system), Succession Planning.
• Helping in designing & executing Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring adherence to the calendar plan and implementation of the end-to-end L&D activities.
• Benchmark employee engagement activities and come up with initiatives that shall be implemented here in DBIN.
• Employee communication - drafting informative content for various internal communication, Organizational updates, Newsletter.
• Exposure to Talent acquisition shall also be preferred.
• Exposure to SAP (Success factor) - MYHR shall also be preferred.

Desire Attributes:

• Candidate should have experience in L& D (ensuring the calendar plan and implementation of the end to end L&D activities)
• Talent Management (entire cycle of Performance Management system) should have experience online tool as well.
