Qualifications

• Level 2: Bachelor's with 2+ years or relevant Master's with 0 years or PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Level 3: Bachelor's with 5+ years or Master's with 3 years or PhD with 1 year.
• Deep curiosity and willingness to pull the thread on difficult questions.
• Understanding of HR domain areas and metrics.
• Demonstrated experience synthesizing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Scanning and maintaining surveillance over the external talent market, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining artifacts synthesizing the employee value propositions and talent strategies of key competitors.
• Staying informed of industry, talent competitor, and emerging trends related to employee experience.
• Evaluating employees compared to competitors, uncovering ways to improve across the business.
• Performing analysis to support HR initiatives.
• Distilling research findings into actionable insights for executives.

We are seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to join reputed companys reputed company & Analytics organization. This position will report to the Manager, Research & Insights. This role will sit in our Falls reputed company, VA location but we may also consider a hybrid or teleworker arrangement for this position.

This positions reputed company work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role can be performed by a level 2 (early-career) or a level 3 (mid-career) analyst.

Basic Qualifications

• Level 2: Must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR a relevant Masters degree with 0 years of relevant experience OR a relevant PhD with 0 years of relevant experience.
• Level 3: Must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR a Masters degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR a PhD with 1 year of relevant experience.
