Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 4+ years HRIS experience w/ Associates; 2-4 years HRIS or analytical experience w/ Bachelor's.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Update associate data and object maintenance for HRIS (SuccessFactors) across Brand populations and ADUSA.
• Conduct data analyses to troubleshoot issues across HR platforms including EC HRIS, EC Payroll (ECP), R&O, MuleSoft and Kronos.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and global teams to provide operational support and resolve inquiries.
• Continuously audit HR data and configuration for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Support configuration testing during maintenance cycles and release events.
• Demonstrate understanding of business processes and HR system functionality relevant to data and HRIS.
• Use HRIS tools to generate reports and data extracts for auditing.

About the position

This requires an in-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes along with the reputed company impacts of data updates/workflows reputed company the core HR systems. The HRIS Data Management Analyst is primarily responsible for reputed company object configuration, associate data maintenance, mass imports, issue troubleshooting, release testing, project support, as reputed company as ensuring overall data reputed company in SuccessFactors and other supporting applications. Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the HRIS system and other tools to generate reports and/or extracts to assist with data analysis and auditing.
