Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, and/or marketing analytics.
• People and project management experience.
• Technical expertise in data models, data mining, segmentation, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Experience with financial and/or services data.
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), databases, programming (XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks).
• Knowledge of statistics and using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to tell data stories to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the overall analytics and BI strategy for the area to meet business goals.
• Provide analytic support to leadership for developing approaches to improve customer experience and measure activity over time.
• Develop and implement structured data-driven recommendations and roadmaps for critical business goals.
• Design and develop analytical frameworks to understand key business behaviors supporting customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Identify opportunities for forecasts, models, segmentation, and data-driven analyses to support marketing.
• Oversee performance of analytics teams and drive discipline improvements.
• Contribute to data governance and strategy.
• Discover opportunities to optimize business through analytics and statistical modeling.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain robust, available reporting platforms.
• Work with business owners to identify information needs and reporting requirements.
