Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join our newly formed People Analytics team. You will partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to translate workforce data into actionable insights that guide decisions across the business.

You’ll blend strong analytical and technical skills with a consultative mindset, building dashboards, performing analyses, and shaping the strategic roadmap for people analytics across Sales, GTM, and broader orgs.
