Job Purpose
Designing and driving strategic Talent Management and Learning initiatives that align with the overarching business strategy goals. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture, identifying and developing high-potential talent, and ensuring the workforce is equipped with the critical skills required to meet current and future business demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Talent & Capability Strategy Working closely with the functional teams to create the capability strategy for the function.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify current and future capability gaps, conduct Training needs analyses across functions and design targeted learning interventions.
- Establish mechanisms to measure the effectiveness, impact and ROI of talent and learning initiatives through metrics like learner feedback and business outcome.
- Identify and adopt external and internal best practices in capability development and management.
- Creation of role-wise learning paths/ learning journeys/ learning curriculums
- Create and manage dashboards, MIS to ensure robust governance
- Overall management of the Circle L&D Budget
- Training design and delivery - Delivery of programs designed for national rollouts.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the National Learning Academies across functions.
- Lead the design and delivery of learning programs for national and circle rollouts.
- Create and curate bespoke content based on business and functional requirements.
- Design interventions using contemporary principles of instructional design.
- Identify and partner with internal facilitators, subject matter expert and learning partners within the circle for training delivery.
- Drive digital learning interventions through assigning and driving closure of E-Learning courses
- Talent Management
- Partner to drive the National Talent Management framework for identifying, developing and retaining Top Talent
- Enable IDPs for Top Talent and key cohorts within the Circle
- Drive initiatives that improve Talent mobility, internal career progression and leadership readiness
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Drive D&I initiatives as a strategic business agenda
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the inclusive and respectful culture
- Create bespoke programs for women colleagues in the organization for enabling them to take bigger, broader roles in the organization
- Employee Engagement – Partner with Circle HRBP and leaders to build a highly engaged and connected workforce.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration and employee experience.
- Design and drive engagement charters and interventions for business units and teams.
- Enable meaningful conversations, leadership connect and a culture of continuous feedback and development.

- Strategic ability to define and execute Talent & Capability strategies aligned to business objectives
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leadership, Corporate and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Training Needs Analysis and translating business requirements into learning solutions.
- Strong capability in learning design, instructional design and program evaluation.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and build trust across diverse stakeholders
- Strong business orientation with the ability to connect Talent & Capability interventions to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and analytical skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Master’s degree/ MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing talent and capability strategies in a large, complex and matrix organization.
- Significant experience in Talent Management, L&D, Employee Engagement and Capability Building
