Multiplier AI Limited is looking for an energetic Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Noida. In this role you will help source, screen, schedule, and engage candidates across technical and non-technical domains.

You will work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to build talent pipelines, conduct preliminary interviews, manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach to onboarding coordination, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Freshers or 0–1 year HR/recruitment internship preferred.
• Pursuing or completed Graduate degree; MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work full-time in-office at Noida.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media, and ATS is a plus.

About the Role

Multiplier AI Limited is looking for an energetic, proactive, and target-driven Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Noida.

In this role, you will help source, screen, schedule, and engage candidates across technical and non-technical domains. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to build talent pipelines, conduct preliminary interviews, and manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach to onboarding coordination.

This position is strictly focused on end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

• Active sourcing of potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
• Screen incoming resumes against job descriptions and specific candidate requirements.
• Engage with candidates via phone calls, emails, and messaging channels to pitch open opportunities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming roles.

2. Screening & Interview Scheduling

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate communication skills, availability, domain suitability, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interview rounds between shortlisted candidates and internal hiring managers.
• Manage interview calendars, send calendar invites, and follow up with candidates to ensure zero no-shows.
• Brief candidates regarding company overview, role details, and interview expectations before calls.
• Maintain, update, and organize candidate records in the ATS or internal spreadsheets.
• Track candidate pipeline status across various interview stages (Screened, Interviewed, Offered, Joined, Rejected).
• Collect candidate feedback from interviewers and update decision statuses promptly.
• Generate weekly and monthly recruitment trackers and status reports for management.

4. Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing queries professionally.
• Send interview invites, assignment guidelines, and rejection emails courteously.
• Coordinate with the HR Operations team to facilitate smooth handover for candidate onboarding upon offer acceptance.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

• Strong desire to build a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Meet).
• Proactive attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for full-time, in-office work at our Noida office.

Preferred

• Prior internship experience in HR recruitment or agency sourcing.
• Familiarity with Boolean search queries on LinkedIn and job portals.
• MBA in HR or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
