Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT

We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT to join our team and own the end-to-end hiring process for technology roles. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, understanding business needs, and helping build high‑performing tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
• Draft clear and compelling job descriptions tailored to each role.
• Source candidates using multiple channels – job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds with hiring managers.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding, including offer letters, inductions, and introductions to team members.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee records, and hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate with vendors to optimize recruitment costs and vendor performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months+ experience in IT recruitment (freshers with a tech background are encouraged to apply).
