Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to work on-site with our client teams. You will collaborate with Client HR and Hiring Managers to cascade requirements to the backend delivery SPOC and drive end-to-end technical recruitment.

You will manage RPO coordination, candidate tracking, weekly review calls, MIS reporting, and proactive issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in recruitment/coordination - IT
• Strong experience in Technical Recruitment
• Experience in RPO coordination and/or client-facing recruitment roles
• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management
• Experience in requirement gathering and cascading requirements to the backend delivery team
• Good knowledge of data management, MIS, recruitment reports, and recruitment tracking
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred
• Should be comfortable working 5 days WFO at the client location in Hyderabad

• Manage escalations proactively by identifying issues and providing timely solutions to client concerns
• Support the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested
• Maintain daily/weekly MIS/reports
