Job summary

Adecco India is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong exposure to Engineering, EPC, and Power & Energy sector recruitment. The candidate should handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering and senior‑level positions and manage multiple mandates independently, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Location: Carnac Office, Mumbai.

Experience: 4–7 years in TA/recruitment. CTC: Up to 6 LPA.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment.
• Strong experience in Engineering / EPC / Power / Energy recruitment.
• Must have recruited engineering profiles and handled niche mandates.
• Immediate joiners preferred; short notice period will be considered favorable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer issuance, pre-employment medical and onboarding.
• Recruit for Engineering, EPC, Power & Energy profiles across various functions and levels.
• Independently manage and close multiple recruitment assignments, handling 10+ vacancies simultaneously.
• Handle positions with average CTC of 15-20 LPA and above, preferably for critical/specialized engineering roles.
• Perform head hunting, market mapping and organization mapping to identify niche and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering professionals.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders/hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closure.
• Drive candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment progress, follow up on offers and ensure smooth joining/onboarding.
• Work with flexibility and extend working hours as required to meet critical business hiring timelines.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in Engineering / EPC / Power / Energy recruitment is mandatory.
• Must have recruited engineering profiles and handled specialized/niche mandates.
• Strong exposure to head hunting, organization mapping and passive candidate sourcing.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and close assignments within timelines.
• Candidates from IT recruitment or BPO/KPO recruitment backgrounds will not be considered.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
