Job summary

Immacule Lifesciences in Nalagarh is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruiting for Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and other site functions.

You will drive bulk hiring, campus drives, walk-ins and niche pharma hiring, manage interviews, offers and joining, and build a strong talent pipeline while strengthening employer branding at the site.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Pharma – Sterile Injectables / Parenterals / Manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in bulk recruitment, walk-ins and niche hiring.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, RA and other site functions.
• Drive bulk hiring, walk-in interviews, recruitment drives and hiring campaigns as per business requirements.
• Handle niche and critical hiring for sterile injectables / pharmaceutical manufacturing functions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, campus hiring and other channels.
• Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, manage selections, salary negotiations, offer rollouts and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and strengthen the company's talent presence across relevant channels.
• Build relationships with pharma institutes, colleges, consultants and industry talent pools.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and ensure positions are closed within defined TATs.
• Support and execute innovative TA initiatives to improve quality, speed and effectiveness of hiring.
