Job summary

Nitika Pharmaceutical Specialities Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Leader to drive end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations. You will lead a recruitment team, develop strategies, and ensure compliant, timely hiring across levels in a pharma/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviews, tests, onboarding, and HR analytics, with a focus on talent pipelines and candidate experience. 5-8 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Pharma/Manufacturing.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.

Responsibilities

• Determine staffing needs, forecast manpower, and deploy recruitment strategies at organizational level.
• Gather open position information from HODs and source quality talent for senior roles.
• Design, plan, and execute recruitment and selection processes including interviews and screenings.
• Introduce evaluation tests to ensure quality hiring.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with goals.
• Ensure timely sourcing and closure of positions within SOP-defined TAT.
• Maintain positive candidate experience throughout recruitment cycle.
• Supervise recruitment team and achieve hiring targets.
• Organize career fairs, campus drives, assessment centers, and recruitment events.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports and analyze metrics for process improvements.
• Conduct employment verification and background checks.

• 1.Determine current staffing needs, prepare manpower forecasts, and deploy recruitment strategies at the organizational level.
• 2.Gather all relevant information regarding open positions from HODs.
• 3.Source and identify quality talent for senior and critical positions.
• 4.Design, plan, and execute recruitment and selection processes including interviews, screening calls, and assessment methods.
• 5.Introduce and implement various evaluation tests to ensure quality hiring.
• 6.Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.

Leadership & Compliance

• 19.Lead and manage the HR team effectively.
• 20.Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliances, and organizational guidelines.
