You will also develop effective onboarding plans and oversee employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors & Masters degree in Human Resources, possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role offers a 5-day work week with flexible working hours and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with company culture and role requirements.
• Source and screen candidates using various platforms such as job portals, databases, and references.
• Create and maintain job descriptions, post job openings, and track hiring analytics.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Plan and execute selection procedures, including assessments, screening calls, and in-person interviews.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms.
• Prepare job offer letters and employment contracts.

Employee Engagement & Onboarding

• Develop and implement effective onboarding plans, including induction and training programs.
• Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
• Oversee probationary evaluations and provide necessary feedback.
• Design and implement employee motivation and recognition programs.
• Address employee grievances promptly and effectively.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, including joining formalities and exit processes.
• Assist in implementing HR systems, policies, and initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, KRAs, and KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile
