ALT Mobility is seeking a capable HR professional with 4-6 years in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to own end-to-end hiring processes at Okhla Phase 1. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and aligning with hiring managers’ workforce needs.

You will drive employer branding, build strong pipelines, and maintain recruitment metrics to enable rapid scaling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to HR Operations.
• Proven ability to close positions within defined timelines.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, networking). Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments.
