• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Handle bulk hiring while ensuring SLA and hiring targets are met.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment data and ATS with accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely closures and an excellent candidate experience.
