Job summary

Holcim Global Hub Business Services in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage corporate regional and international hiring across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should excel at global recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing through LinkedIn Hiring and various job portals, and maintaining recruitment data with high accuracy.

Shift timing is 11:30 am to 8:30 pm, and the role is based at the office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in corporate/global hiring is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Hiring and recruitment portals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good analytical and data management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate regional/global roles.
• Handle international hiring requirements across multiple functions.
• Source quality candidates through LinkedIn Hiring, portals and other channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders across regions.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication and offers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and data accurately.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hiring.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
