Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our hospitality operations, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, or event venues. The ideal candidate has strong experience hiring for high-volume, high-turnover roles as well as management and specialist positions, and understands the unique pace and culture of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for front-of-house, back-of-house, and corporate/management roles (e.g., front desk, F&B, housekeeping, sales, revenue management, GM-level positions).
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, seasonal hiring cycles, and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through job boards, hospitality-specific platforms, social media, campus/industry partnerships, and employee referrals.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and service orientation.
• Manage high-volume recruitment drives for peak seasons, new property openings, or large-scale events.
• Coordinate offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding in collaboration with HR operations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles (chefs, sommeliers, GMs, revenue managers).
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, work authorization requirements, and company hiring policies.
• Represent the employer brand at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking events.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years specifically in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or travel/leisure recruitment.
• Proven experience with high-volume and seasonal hiring.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality roles, career paths, and industry compensation benchmarks.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, industry-specific job boards).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for multi-property or multi-unit hospitality organizations.
• Familiarity with union labor environments (if applicable to region).
• Relationship building and stakeholder influence
