Job summary

Hiringhood is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end domestic IT recruitment. You will manage bulk hiring across IT, AI/ML, Data Science, and Non-Tech domains, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, databases and Boolean search.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and drive closures while ensuring a positive candidate experience and regular hiring updates for managers.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end domestic IT recruitment.
• Experience with bulk/high-volume hiring.
• Experience across IT, AI/ML, Data Science, and Non-Tech roles.
• Proficient with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and candidate databases.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and vendor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and candidate management skills.

Introduction

Hiringhood is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end domestic recruitment. The role involves managing bulk hiring requirements across IT, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), Data Science, and Non-Tech domains, ensuring quality candidate sourcing, timely closures, and a seamless candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Handle bulk and high-volume hiring across IT, AI/ML, Data Science, and Non-Tech domains.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, databases, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct high-volume candidate calling, initial screening calls, and follow-ups to assess candidate interest, availability, skills, and salary expectations.
• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and drive successful closures.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to improve interview attendance and offer-to-joining ratios.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
• Manage recruitment vendors and sourcing partners to ensure quality submissions and timely closures.
• Handle multiple open positions and bulk hiring targets while meeting recruitment turnaround times.
• Maintain candidate databases, ATS records, recruitment MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.

Must Have

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end domestic IT recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring, high-volume candidate calling, initial screening, and follow-ups.
• Hiring exposure across IT, AI/ML, Data Science, and Non-Tech requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and candidate databases.
• Experience in stakeholder/client coordination and recruitment vendor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements, meet hiring targets, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in niche technology hiring and specialized Non-Tech recruitment.
• Experience working with staffing firms, recruitment agencies, or startups.
• Exposure to vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, recruitment SLAs, and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and hiring dashboards.
