Innodata Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruiter - Fresher to join our HR team in India. This full-time role offers an entry point into Talent Acquisition with training provided.

You will source candidates, screen profiles, conduct initial calls, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining trackers and ensuring timely communication with hiring managers. Strong communication and a proactive mindset will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess communication skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
• Be available and responsive when urgent hiring requirements or business needs arise.
