Job summary

XenonStack is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment from Chandigarh, on-site. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews for diverse roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support growth.

You will develop accurate job descriptions, manage offers and onboarding, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with XenonStack’s culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient in full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing, including screening and offer management.
• Experience with hiring processes and interview coordination to assess role fit objectively.
• Knowledge of employer branding and campaigns to attract talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines using ATS or recruitment tools.
• Understanding of technology/AI/data roles is an advantage; startup/tech recruiting preferred.

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse technical and non-technical positions. The Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, managing offer and hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices in line with XenonStack’s growth and culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
• Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, culture add, and role fit objectively.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding, with experience supporting campaigns, events, or content that attract and engage talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines, using ATS or recruitment tools to organize and track candidate pipelines.
• Understanding of technology and AI or data-related roles is an advantage; prior experience recruiting in tech or startup environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
