Job summary

Viraj Profiles Private Limited is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning to onboarding in Maharashtra. The role requires developing sourcing strategies, managing portals and consultants, and handling bulk and critical hires to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include onboarding, engagement, HR operations, performance support, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• MSW / MBA in HR or related field is required.
• Experience in the stainless steel industry (SMS, Wire Rod Mill, Bright Bar, Seamless Pipe, Forging) is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is essential.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage job portals, consultants, and channels.
• Handle bulk, lateral, and critical hiring per business needs.
• Manage onboarding, induction, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations including attendance, leaves, records and documentation.
• Support performance management, ER, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain HR MIS and recruitment dashboards; track hiring metrics.
• Partner with department heads for manpower planning and HR support.

Preferred candidate profile
