Capslock Marketplaces Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing startup behind VoiceClub, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring with a focus on Marketing, Content, Creative and Influencer roles. Based in Bengaluru (Office-based), immediate joining is preferred.

You will source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram; build pipelines; screen candidates; coordinate interviews; and drive offer closures in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.

Qualifications

• 12 years of recruitment experience (or equivalent startup/marketing/creative hiring background).
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Experience hiring for marketing/creative roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
• Primarily hire for Content Creators, Influencers, Video Editors, Creative, Marketing and other business roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram, referrals, communities, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring marketing and creative requirements.
• Screen candidates through initial calls and assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process and drive offer closures.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take ownership of end-to-end hiring, with a major focus on Marketing, Content, Creative, and Influencer roles.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to identify creative talent, knows where to find them, and can move candidates quickly through the hiring process.

Roles you will hire for :

Operations Associate, KAM (Hindi/Tamil), Growth Marketer, Performance Marketer, Digital Marketing Executive, Brand Manager, Creative Lead, Graphic Designer, Content Creators, Video Editors, Product Manager, SDET, Interns, and other business-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
• Primarily hire for Content Creators, Influencers, Video Editors, Creative, Marketing and other business roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram, referrals, communities, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring marketing and creative requirements.
• Screen candidates through initial calls and assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process and drive offer closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
• Explore creative ways to source passive and niche talent, especially content creators and influencers.

What We’re Looking For

• 12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a startup, D2C, consumer tech, marketing, or creative environment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and candidate screening.
• Experience hiring for marketing/creative roles will be highly preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions.
• Strong follow-up and ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working with hiring targets and deadlines.
• Immediate joiners only.
• You should know english and hindi language
