Job summary

ABB is hiring for a Talent Acquisition role in Bengaluru, India. You will create job postings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders. You will ensure SLA-driven TA services, audit-ready documentation, and accurate data capture in the HR systems.

The role requires 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition, a Bachelor’s + MBA in HR, and excellent communication. Experience in HR Shared Services for a global company is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a full-time MBA with HR specialization are mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from a reputed organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented.
• Experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creating job postings and manage its workflow administration and screening applications based on requirements.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring service delivery for internal stakeholders; overseeing timely processing of information.
• Ensure execution and delivery of TA Services per defined SLAs and prepare information for audit purposes.
• Capture TA data into IT systems and record candidate inquiries.
• Guide and assist team members to meet SLAs and lead process improvement projects as needed.
• Recommend enhancements and simplifications of TA processes based on stakeholder experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Creating job postings and manage its workflow administration and screening applications based on give requirements/job descriptions.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring appropriate service delivery assistance for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
• Ensuring execution and delivery of TA Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes.
• Capturing data related to TA into appropriate systems as necessary and recording candidate inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).
• Guiding and assisting other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in reporting structure and lead process improvement projects as and when required.
• Recommending enhancements and sim plification of existing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures based on experience with stakehold ers.
