Responsabilidades

• Create job postings and manage workflow administration and screening of applications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and provide timely service delivery for internal stakeholders; ensure accurate information flow.
• Ensure execution of TA services according to defined SLAs and prepare documents for audit purposes.
• Capture and maintain TA data in appropriate systems; respond to candidate inquiries in IT systems.
• Guide and assist team members to meet SLAs; lead process improvement projects and simplify TA processes.
• Uphold ABB's values of safety and integrity in all actions.

This Position reports to: Talent Acquisition Services Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating job postings and manage its workflow administration and screening applications based on give requirements/job descriptions.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring appropriate service delivery assistance for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
• Ensuring execution and delivery of TA Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes.
• Capturing data related to TA into appropriate systems as necessary and recording candidate inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).
• Guiding and assisting other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in reporting structure and lead process improvement projects as and when required. - Recommending enhancements and sim plification of existing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures based on experience with stakehold ers.

Qualifications for the role

• A Bachelor's degree and a full-time/regular MBA with a specialization in HR are mandatory requirements for this position.
• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from a reputed organization
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented
• Experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage
