Job summary

ABB Drive Products in Bangalore, India, seeks an experienced Travel &Expense professional to ensure day-to-day processing of T&E requests, handling complex tasks and supporting internal and external customers within defined SLAs.

The role involves advising on T&E policies, optimizing processes, preparing data-driven reports, and coaching teammates to deliver high-quality T&E services in a global business environment. The position offers a stable, full-time role in a multinational context.

Qualifications

• T&E background with at least 4-7 years experience in finance, auditing and/or business process reengineering.
• Prior experience in Corporate Credit Card processes and T&E, both operationally and in project-based work.
• Effective project and change management skills.
• Outsourcing and shared services in a global business environment preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Concur expense management tools as well as working experience with SAP ERP.
• Knowledge of BTA, P card reconciliation and Corporate Card Administrator role/process.
• Immediate joiners only, Male candidates will be preferred.

This Position reports to: Team Lead - Travel & Expense

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure day-to-day processing of functional Travel and Expenses requests while handling both complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will guarantee support to internal/ external customers and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. You will also showcase your ability by delivering assigned T&E services in compliance with all procedures/policies that are in place and as per the defined Service Level Agreements.

The work model for the role is: This role is contributing to the Motion Travel & Expense Business in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assisting T&E Managers with consultation and communication of information on T&E policies and standards for assigned processes to internal customers.
