ABB in Bangalore, India, seeks a Procurement professional to lead and maintain the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring compliance with ABB standards and driving process improvements.

You will manage PR/PO/GR, invoice processing, supplier onboarding, and analytics, using SAP/Ariba/S4HANA in a hybrid work setup, supporting a global operations footprint.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing activities, procurement processes, invoice management, accounts payable, and supplier management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba/ (S/4HANA).
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or shared services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Processing, and Payment follow-up.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions in compliance with company policies and controls.
• Monitor and improve purchasing compliance, invoice accuracy, and payment performance.
• Support supplier onboarding, vendor master maintenance, and supplier issue resolution.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive process standardization and operational excellence.
