Job summary

Coffee Day Global is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager Talent Acquisition to lead centralized recruitment across regions, focusing on middle and senior roles, based in Bangalore.

You will manage stakeholders including HODs and senior management, drive campus hiring, and align hiring with manpower budgets to build a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Must have strong exposure to recruitment / TA for middle and senior level positions.
• Should have experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Preferably from a core industry or someone who has worked on support/ centralised positions other than store-level hiring (if the candidate is from the retail industry)
• Strong communication skills.
