Job summary

Indihire Consultants in Hyderabad, India seeks a Manager of Talent Acquisition (Non IT) to translate business hiring priorities into robust recruitment plans and measurable outcomes. You will lead, coach, and develop TA teams, oversee candidate outreach and sourcing, and manage day-to-day recruitment operations across time zones.

You will partner with stakeholders in the US and HR/tech teams, driving process improvements, governance, and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition strategy: Translate business hiring priorities into recruitment plans, delivery targets, and measurable outcomes.
• Team leadership: Lead, coach, and develop managers, team leads, sourcers, and TA operations professionals.
• Sourcing and candidate engagement: Oversee talent pipeline development, candidate outreach, applicant flow, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Recruitment operations: Monitor daily delivery, workload distribution, SLAs, escalations, and process quality.
• Reporting and analytics: Track productivity, recruitment funnel metrics, aging requisitions, service quality, and operational risks.
• TA technology: Oversee ATS, system support, enhancements, testing, access controls, and process adoption.
• Stakeholder management: Partner with US-based TA leaders, business stakeholders, HR, and tech teams across time zones.
• Process improvement: Standardize workflows, maintain SOPs, improve data quality, and identify automation opportunities.
• Governance and compliance: Maintain confidentiality, documentation standards, audit readiness, and appropriate handling of candidate information.
