Job summary

PeopleStrong in Bengaluru is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to coordinate with hiring managers, forecast staffing needs, source candidates through online platforms, and design job descriptions reflecting each role.

You will plan interview processes, screen resumes, manage assessment and in-person interviews, participate in employer branding, and organize recruitment events, building long-term relationships with past applicants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to proactively identify staffing needs with forecasting.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews as per the role requirements.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the organizational applicant Tracking system.
• Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Facilitate employer branding initiatives from a Talent Acquisition perspective.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by Line of Business.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
