Job summary

Advik Hi Tech is seeking a Manager in HR Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower budgeting, and ensure adherence to HR policies across the company.

You will design recruitment frameworks, establish KPIs, and drive staffing across multiple levels while coordinating with HRBPs and business units for workforce planning and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent required.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and budgeting preferred.
• Familiarity with HR policies, PMS and MIS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategies for various levels.
• Oversee budgeting and workforce planning for staff categories.
• Manage sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, RPOs and executive search.
• Collaborate with HR to standardize HR processes and maintain HRIS/PMS MIS data.

Job Purpose:

Manage end to end recruitment activities with support in manpower planning, budgeting and take accountability for ensuring uniform adherence to HR policies and procedures across the company,

Principal Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategy

• Ensure talent acquisition for L-1 to L-4 grades at shared services, covering replacements and vacancies, in a timely manner. Adhere to all hiring process systems and approval metrices, and maintain documentation.
• Design and deploy recruitment policies, frameworks, and models aligned with the business strategy. Establish recruitment metrics and KPIs for staff-level hiring across the company.
• Accountable for ensuring uniform adherence to HR policies and procedures across the company. Lead group-level recruitment efforts, including GET/MT positions, and establish recruitment metrics and KPIs for staff-level hiring and above across the company

2. Budgeting and Workforce Planning.

• Responsible for the annual operating plan related to staff budget and recruitment budget for staff categories across the company.
• Assist in workforce planning and budget preparation in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBP).

3. Talent Sourcing and Hiring Process

• Ensure the empanelment of recruitment consultants and leverage a diverse sourcing mix, including job and social media portals (e.g., LinkedIn), employee referrals, RPO services, and executive search consultants (staff positions).
• Conduct strategic hiring for new and existing business verticals. Screen and interview candidates for staff-level positions across the company, extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and conduct reference checks, internal parity assessments, and salary band determinations.
• Adhere to the right hiring process, following it end-to-end, including Job Descriptions (JD) and culture fitment assessments.

4. Other Responsibilities

• Collaborate with unit HR to ensure the standardized application of HR processes and practices and achieve timely closure. Provide company-level Talent Management System (TMS) and Performance Management System (PMS) Management Information System (MIS) for staff positions.
• Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and preserving past and current records.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
