Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for an on-site role in Powai, Mumbai. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across functions, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, source talent, screen candidates, and close hires.

You will build a strong employer brand, leverage digital channels, and use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and quality of hire, while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Powai Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various functions and levels. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute recruiting strategies, collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The role includes building and maintaining a strong employer brand, leveraging digital platforms and networks to attract diverse talent, and using data-driven insights to improve recruiting efficiency and quality of hire. Day-to-day activities also involve managing recruitment vendors, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations, and contributing to broader HR initiatives related to talent planning and retention.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience in hiring processes, including role scoping, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate evaluation, with the ability to assess both technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
• Proficiency in employer branding, including use of social media, career platforms, and events to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in large, complex or multinational organizations.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR analytics, and modern sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to compliance and ethical standards.
