Job summary

CPL Aromas in Mumbai invites fresh graduates for the General Manager and Rotation Department Manager trainee program. The role offers hands-on exposure across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Fragrance Development.

You will participate in structured rotations, support projects, analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership. Strong communication, analytics, and collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of customer, commercial, operational, and administrative activities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to solve business challenges and drive process efficiencies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on all customer communications.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the fragrance industry.
• Demonstrate agility, innovation, and a continuous improvement mindset while delivering assigned project outcomes.
• Present project findings and business recommendations to senior leadership at the end of each rotation or program milestone.

The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across key business functions within the organisation, enabling Trainee to develop a comprehensive understanding of the fragrance industry from creation and sourcing to manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
