Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Pune is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. You will negotiate offers, manage stakeholders, and mentor recruiters to drive performance in a manufacturing/chemical environment.

The role requires MBA/PGDM in HR/IR and hands-on experience in recruitment leadership within India.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR/IR is preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and offer negotiation.
• Ability to mentor recruiters and manage performance.
• Stakeholder management in a manufacturing or chemical environment is a plus.
