Job summary

UK Realty is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Mumbai to lead end-to-end recruitment and mentor the TA team. The role focuses on timely closures, pipeline building, and process improvements to drive hiring efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5–9 years in Talent Acquisition, at least 2 years of team leadership, and preference for experience in Real Estate/Construction/Staffing recruitment. MBA/PGDM in HR is required.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
• Real Estate/Construction/Developer/Staffing Recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.
• Allocate requisitions and monitor recruitment progress.
• Build talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and updates.
• Manage recruitment consultants and ensure vendor SLA compliance.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, referrals, and campus hiring.
• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding coordination.
