Job summary

Duratuf, a Kolkata-based industrial safety solutions company, is seeking a dedicated recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for manager and specialist roles across sales, operations, finance, technology, and supply chain. You will not inherit a hiring engine; you’ll build it and work directly with the CEO.

You’ll fill 20+ roles this quarter with fast timelines, close managers in 45 days and juniors in 30, and aim for high offer-acceptance and strong first-year performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring across non-IT functions like sales, ops, supply chain, manufacturing.
• Proficient in Boolean search and proactive pipeline building (LinkedIn, Naukri).
• Interviewing with scorecards and past-behaviour questions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for manager and specialist roles across functions.
• Build pipelines via outbound sourcing and referrals; partner with CEO.
• Drive fast decisions and keep volume hiring on track (20+ roles this quarter).
• Utilize scorecards for structured interviews and objective hiring decisions.

You'll be our dedicated recruiter — owning full-cycle hiring for manager and specialist roles across sales, operations, finance, technology, and supply chain. We have 20+ roles to fill this quarter. You're not inheriting a hiring engine; you're building it, working directly with the CEO. Decisions in days, not approval chains.

What Success Looks Like

• 20+ roles filled this quarter — critical roles first, none left open past its deadline
• Manager roles closed in 45 days, junior in 30
• 80% of your offers accepted
• 90% of your hires rated A-players at their first quarterly review
• 50% of hires from your own outbound — direct sourcing and referrals, not agencies — with cost-per-hire trending down

• You've hired across non-IT functions like — sales, ops, supply chain, manufacturing
• You hunt — Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri; you build pipelines, you don't wait
