Job summary

Duratuf Products Pvt Ltd in Kolkata is seeking a branding strategist to redefine our corporate image and implement a new brand system during a company-wide rebrand. You will own brand books, architecture, website relaunch, and create a versioned collateral system across packaging, decks, and social, while building enablement materials for sales and partners.

You will lead a two-person creative desk to support the marketing function.

The Role

We're in the middle of a rebrand — shifting from being seen as a rubber manufacturer to a safety solutions company. Today there's no brand book, no brand architecture, and no version control on anything. You'd build all of it, and then hold the line on it.

What you'll own in year one

• Build the brand books for ourcorporate brand and our platform brand
• Define the brand architectureacross corporate, product and platform brands, with trademark work coordinatedthrough our counsel
• Relaunch our main website onthe new brand system
• Build one versioned collateralsystem — packaging and labelling, sales decks, employee decks, social

Requirements

What we're looking for

• You have personally built abrand system in a technical or industrial B2B business, written the rules, notjust applied someone else's
• You have led a websiterelaunch tied to a repositioning, and you know what happened to enquiry volumethrough it
• You can brief and edit otherpeople's work to a standard, not only make it yourself or only approve it
• You are comfortable saying noto a senior person about a claim, and explaining why
• You are happy running a queue that serves other teams before it servesyou
