Job summary

Bajaj Capital Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring for Relationship Managers, Wealth Relationship Managers, and other sales roles.

The role requires strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, salary negotiation, and onboarding skills to ensure timely closures and smooth onboarding. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong exposure to BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Wealth Management hiring.
• Proven experience hiring Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Sales Managers or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise across Naukri, LinkedIn and referral channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct screening interviews to assess sales capability, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Lead salary negotiations and offer management within approved compensation structures.
• Drive candidate engagement and joining conversion to reduce offer dropouts.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders on manpower planning and hiring priorities.
• Maintain ATS accuracy, recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.
• Achieve hiring targets within defined turnaround times.
