Job summary

Sagility India in Bengaluru seeks an experienced recruitment professional with 7–10 years of full-cycle recruitment to lead staffing for business accounts. The role requires strategic planning, self-sourcing, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets.

You will drive talent acquisition strategies, manage a team, and ensure SLA/TAT compliance while delivering a positive candidate experience and market intelligence insights.

Qualifications

• MBA or related field required.
• 7–10 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in staffing for business accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral hiring and self-sourcing.
• Plan and execute hiring plans for business accounts.
• Ensure smooth recruitment processes with policy compliance and SLA/TAT.
• Act as strategic partner with market intelligence to meet hiring targets.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Conduct sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
• Perform interviews, screening calls and selection processes.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and assist in retention and development.

Education: Masters in Business Administration or related field or equivalent required

Experience: 7-10 Years in recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the execution of end to end recruitment process of staffing for Lateral hiring Self sourcing
• Should be able to plan and execute hiring plan for business accounts
• Ensuring smooth functioning of the recruitment process while maintaining compliance to procedures and policy guidelines
• Executing the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT
• Managing internal stakeholders and ensuring that business meets their hiring numbers
• Be a strategic partner to the business by providing market intelligence & key analysis on a regular basis
• Utilizing all the available resources to their maximum potential to ensure that hiring targets are achieved at an optimal cost.
• Should effectively manage the team, ensure they are motivated and guide them to achieve desired results
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes ( interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, Campus Recruitment, assessment centers or other events
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
