Job summary

Kimia Biosciences in Delhi is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist to lead end-to-end recruitment for science, sales and support roles.

You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, roll out offers, build pipelines, track metrics, and manage vendor relationships while also supporting onboarding, employee engagement, HRMS data and policy communication.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Prior recruitment experience in pharma/biosciences/Healthcare is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout.
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals and consultants.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for niche roles.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout
• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and consultants
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for critical/niche positions (scientific, technical, sales roles as relevant to biosciences)
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio)
• Manage vendor/consultant relationships for lateral and bulk hiring
• Conduct salary negotiations and offer discussions

HR Generalist Support (20%)

• Assist with onboarding and induction of new hires
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
• Maintain HR records/HRMS data related to new joiners
• Assist with basic employee relations queries and documentation
• Support policy communication and compliance-related documentation as needed

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
• Prior recruitment experience preferred (pharma/biosciences/healthcare industry a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools
