Talent Hired-the Job Store in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end oil & gas hiring across technical, projects, and corporate functions. You will partner with senior leaders, design sourcing strategies, and build a high-performing TA team to close critical roles.

The role requires 8–15 years in TA, deep knowledge of Oil & Gas hiring, and strong stakeholder management.

Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for critical Oil & Gas hiring, with responsibility for workforce planning, sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, team leadership, and timely closure of technical and corporate positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas roles across technical, engineering, projects, operations, and corporate functions.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, skill gaps, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and senior Oil & Gas talent.
• Manage hiring for functions such as Engineering, Projects, Drilling, Production, Reservoir, Geology, HSE, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Oil & Gas professionals and niche technical talent.
• Drive sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, professional networks, and recruitment partners.
• Lead a team of recruiters and allocate hiring mandates based on business priorities.
• Establish recruitment KPIs, SLAs, TAT, funnel metrics, and productivity targets and monitor performance.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and ensure technical/functional fitment against approved JDs.
• Manage senior-level and critical hiring, including stakeholder coordination through offer and joining.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve quality of hire, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
• Manage external recruitment agencies and ensure effective vendor performance and cost control.
• Track recruitment MIS, pipeline status, offer-to-join ratios, ageing positions, and hiring progress.
• Support annual workforce planning and manpower budgeting in coordination with HR and business teams.
• Develop talent pools for recurring and future Oil & Gas requirements.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and applicable employment practices.
• Provide regular hiring dashboards and insights to HR leadership and business management.

Candidate Profile

• Experience managing a TA/recruitment team and multiple hiring mandates is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior business leaders.
• Should have good understanding of the Oil & Gas talent market and availability of technical skill sets.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
