Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking and referrals for sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates and teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
• Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment is a plus.
