You will drive strategic recruitment, manage onboarding, and report KPI-driven progress to senior management while collaborating with department heads to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment, with 1–2 years in leadership or supervision.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS (Workday, Lever) and HRIS; strong Boolean search skills.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication abilities with candidates and team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, social media and internal networks.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from role definition with hiring managers to offers and onboarding.
• Monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire and report progress to leadership.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and cultural requirements.
• Optimize recruitment tools and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Recruitment Team Lead (or Talent Acquisition Lead) bridges the gap between high-level hiring strategy and the daily execution of sourcing and candidate management. This role involves not only personal recruitment for high-impact positions but also the mentorship and performance management of a team of recruiters.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal networks.
• Full Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end process, from defining role requirements with hiring managers to extending offers and managing onboarding.
• Metric Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to identify bottlenecks and report progress to senior management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and cultural requirements.
• Process Improvement: Optimize recruitment tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 5+ years in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
