Krehsst Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Sourcer to build a robust pipeline for IT roles across software, cloud, data, security, and infrastructure. The candidate understands IT roles, technologies, and sourcing techniques, with hands-on CV sourcing via portals like Naukri.

This full-time, office-based role is located at Koregaon Park, Pune. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in IT recruitment, strong CV sourcing skills, and exposure to IT needs in manufacturing or automotive sectors.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment or IT sourcing.
• Strong experience in CV sourcing for IT/technical positions.
• Experience in hiring/sourcing IT professionals for manufacturing or automotive industries is preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 100% from office at Koregaon Park, Pune.

Krehsst Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition – IT Sourcer with strong hands‑on experience in sourcing candidates for various IT roles.

The candidate should have a good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and sourcing techniques. Experience in IT hiring for Manufacturing or Automotive companies/industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant CVs for various IT positions through Naukri.
• Source candidates across multiple IT functions and domains, including:
• Software Development, Software Testing, DevOps, Cloud, Data / Analytics, Networking, Cyber Security, ERP, IT Infrastructure, Other IT/technical roles
• Understand IT job descriptions, technical requirements, skills, and experience levels before sourcing.
• Identify and source candidates from competitor companies and similar industries based on the hiring requirement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in IT Recruitment / IT Sourcing.
• Strong experience in CV sourcing for IT/technical positions.
• Experience in hiring/sourcing IT professionals for Manufacturing or Automotive companies/industries will be preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 100% from office at Koregaon Park, Pune.

Our Recruitment Process Structure

At Krehsst, the recruitment team is structured into different roles:

Sourcer: Sources relevant CVs for various positions through Naukri,

Recruiter: Engages with candidates sourced by the Sourcer and manages them through the recruitment process.

Team Leader: Handles senior‑level candidates and leads the Sourcer and Recruiter teams.

CRM / Account Manager: Handles client interaction, client coordination, and front‑end communication.
