Job summary

Isourse is looking for an HR Recruiter to screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic/HR assessments, coordinating interview schedules and candidate communications end-to-end. The role involves actively engaging with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth interview process and timely feedback.

You will maintain recruitment trackers and records, ensuring data integrity and clear reporting. The team targets close 4–5 positions per month, contributing to our growth in the Delhi market,
