Job summary

Alimento Agro Foods in Mumbai invites driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Interns to join our growing team and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will support candidate sourcing, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, maintain trackers and contribute to end-to-end recruitment projects, while learning from an experienced TA team.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in HR or management, with good communication, proactive

• Pursuing HR, management or related field; recent graduates encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior recruitment internship is a plus but not required.

• Support candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
